Benro takes flight with CyanBird Pro Hybrid

Posted on Oct 22, 2025 by Adam Duckworth

Benro’s latest CyanBird Pro Hybrid kits bring professional stability with hybrid performance and travel-friendly design to creators on the move

Benro has expanded its acclaimed CyanBird series with the launch of two Pro Hybrid Photo/Video Tripod Kits, available in carbon fibre or aluminium. Designed for creators who shoot both stills and video, the new “2-series” tripods are Benro’s most travel-friendly yet, offering professional performance without the bulk.

Each kit features the revolutionary FS20PROC501 hybrid head, combining the precision of a ball head with the fluid movement of a video head for smooth, stable operation. The head’s inverted ball design and spring-assisted tilt and pan system deliver broadcast-quality control, while the dual 501/Arca plate compatibility ensures seamless camera balancing across mirrorless and DSLR setups.

With a maximum height of 160cm, a split centre column for low-angle shooting, and enhanced five-leg construction for stability, the CyanBird Pro is built for demanding environments yet remains compact for travel.

Available now, prices are £260 for aluminium, £350 for carbon fibre or £130 for the head alone.
