Posted on Dec 1, 2025 by Pro Moviemaker

Adobe has rolled out a major Premiere Pro update that enhances creativity and performance with a wave of new built-in features

An Adobe Premiere Pro update introduces more than 90 new effects, transitions and animations to speed up workflows and simplify motion design. Adobe says that the update is the first step in a wave of motion-driven features.

Fuelled by Adobe’s acquisition of Film Impact, the new library is fully integrated, so no plug-ins or extra subscriptions required.

It has boosted timeline playback, GPU acceleration and dynamic audio waveform visualisation.
