The Aputure STORM 400x brings the next-generation BLAIR light engine to one of the most versatile point-source fixtures in the STORM lineup. It delivers exceptional tunable white light quality, industry-leading +/- green adjustment, and accurate, flexible colour control for modern productions.
Beyond white light performance, the BLAIR engine enables saturated colour output via Limited HSIC+ and x,y control modes, while indigo emitters enhance fluorescence to more closely match natural daylight and tungsten sources.
Designed for owner-operators, rental houses, and large-scale productions alike, the STORM 400x combines high output, portability, and reliability as part of Aputure’s professional STORM family of point-source LED lighting solutions.
The Aputure STORM 400x utilises the BLAIR light engine, delivering the highest quality white light and greatest +/- green adjustability of any LED technology.
The STORM 400x is surprisingly bright, with output matching or exceeding many higher-powered COB lights. Pair with the CF7 Fresnel lens for a powerful combination capable of over 23,000 lux at 3m.
The revolutionary BLAIR light engine can also output saturated colours across more than 70% of Rec.2020 colour space using Limited HSIC+ and x,y control modes. Achieve deep crimson sunsets, rich sodium vapor ambers, and subtle colour effects without gels.
