Telycam launches Stream Deck plug-in for effortless PTZ camera control

Telycam has unveiled a new plug-in that integrates its professional PTZ camera lineup with Elgato’s popular Stream Deck controllers, making high-quality live video production easier and more precise than ever.

The free plug-in, now available via the Elgato Stream Deck Marketplace, enables users to control a wide range of camera functions – including pan, tilt, zoom, focus, exposure and white balance – directly from Stream Deck’s intuitive, customisable interface. The integration is compatible with the full Stream Deck lineup, from the compact Mini to the rack-mountable Studio.

With the new plug-in, presets, auto-tracking and image adjustments can be assigned to individual LCD buttons, streamlining operation during fast-paced productions. It’s a major productivity boost for content creators, educators, worship teams and broadcast professionals alike.

“We’re excited to welcome Telycam to the Stream Deck ecosystem,” said Julian Fest, General Manager at Elgato. “Their high-quality PTZ cameras combined with our user-friendly controllers make powerful live production more accessible to all.”

Telycam’s growing PTZ lineup includes the new Explore XE 4K camera, which boasts a one-inch sensor and phase detection autofocus, and the Vision+ series, aimed at delivering high performance for Pro AV environments.
