The rebranded Harlowe range grows with the Atom 2 modular light and Sol Spectra panels, designed for creators who LEDs on the go

Harlowe, the brand that used to be known as Hobolite, has announced new additions to its range of super-portable LEDs. The Atom 2 is a modular on-camera light designed for action and pocket cameras, and the Sol 40 and Sol 100 Spectra lamps are ultra-thin panels for soft illumination.

The Sol 100 Spectra offers white light with full-spectrum colour control. It has over 36,000 colour variations and a colour temperature range of 1700 to 10,000K. A 100W LED engine gives high accuracy, with a CRI/TLCI ≥95 and a quiet cooling system. Wireless remote control has a 20m range.

The Sol 40 is a multifunction light that’s intended to replace traditional ring lights, panel lights and floor lamps. This has a 40W bicolour LED engine as well as an adjustable colour temperature range of 2700 to 6500K, with the same colour accuracy as its big brother. Both lights are available in a range of kits.

The Atom 2 is a lightweight fill light engineered for mobile creators, ideal for the DJI Osmo Pocket 3. Weighing only 33g/0.07lb, it has a fresnel lens that boosts the brightness compared to standard LEDs.

It offers a CRI of 95 and TLCI of 96, and there’s a quick-mount adapter for the DJI Osmo Pocket 3. Various kits are available.
